Noke Bio: Kim "The Widowmaker"
This is Kim
We call her the Widow Maker, mostly because she wanted a cool mobster nickname and that is what the online generator came up with for her. (It's really fun, if you want to try: http://themobmuseum.org/nickname-generator/)
Kim comes from a special stock of people. I don't know her people, but I like to picture them as the kind of people that will keep you firmly in line while making you feel like you're really happy to be in line even if you kind of wanted to be out of line to begin with, but then you're too afraid to get out of line even if you see something outside of the line that you really want, but you're also still kind of ok with staying in line...because Kim.
Kim runs...like sometimes she runs and then sometimes she doesn't...like this month I think she's running. Last month she definitely wasn't. We'll see what August brings. I mean, she runs like full marathons and half marathons, she just doesn't necessarily do so with consistency. (Seriously, she's on the road a lot. If you call her, there is a 98.76% chance that she is in her car when she answers.)
She joined the Ragnar team because she's never done one before. Just kidding. She joined because she'll say yes to this kind of thing and then about a month later ask you what, exactly, she signed up for. But she fully supports the Girls on the Run program and is signed up to be an Assistant Coach!
She "is not fun or interesting in any way" (Stafford, 2017).
To her fellow Van One teammates, Kim recommends that when her ability to keep her random under control inevitably fails, to just ride it out when it happens. Don't try to figure it out. Just enjoy the ride. I'm fairly certain we will.
Side note: Kim let me choose her pictures for her. So, I'm including this one because I get photo creds for it. Plus I really like the shoes.
